It was located in a very quiet area to a supermarket or restaurants. Near everything we wanted and off the main road. Overall had a really nice experience for the price;)))

Room was stocked and comfy, a refrigerator and tea/coffee making equipment were available too. Location was unbeatable, not too far away from Turismo Autentico. It had kitchenette, so we made own meals.

During my recent stay at One Love Puerto Viejo, I had a really pleasant experience. The host was incredibly polite and always ready to share useful tips and recommendations for places to visit. The property itself was fenced, which made me feel safe and secure throughout my stay. I also appreciated that they sold large bottles of water, so even though the water supply was intermittent, I could still flush the commode. And for a great price of $150 per night, I didn't have high expectations for being able to shower and flush the commode anyway, so it was a pleasant surprise.

We had a fantastic stay at One Love Puerto Viejo. The peaceful location, away from the busy roads and city center, made for a calm and relaxing atmosphere. It was only a 15-minute walk to downtown, and we rented bikes from the hostel at a very affordable price. Carlos, the friendly owner, was always there to assist us with anything we needed. The clean kitchen and simple but tidy rooms were perfect for our needs. We loved waking up to the sound of birds singing and even spotted some monkeys. Additionally, having a mini market nearby was really convenient. We highly recommend this place!
Nothing I didn't like to be fair. 🙌

Hotel One Love was perfect for low-budget travelers like us. The communal area was clean and comfortable, with plenty of hammocks, tables, and sofas. Carlos, the owner, was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us with our needs. We didn't have to book tours or pay for guides because he took care of everything. The rooms were cute, well-stocked, and had fans. There were also bikes available for rent, making it easy to get to town. it was a great experience.
Felt cozy, no complaints at all.

Arrived late, owners stayed up, ordered cabs. Great room for our group with own kitchen. Shared outdoor kitchen available. Stay longer with facilities. Nice owner, well-equipped kitchen. Used outdoor kitchen, washed beach clothes, felt safe. Comfy hammocks, bikes available. Calm area, close to beach and town. Enough space to chill. Cheap, good wifi, same day laundry service.

I recently stayed at a small hotel in Puerto Viejo that had a wonderful Caribbean vibe. One Love Puerto Viejo was the perfect location, just a 15-minute walk from the lively center of town where you can find plenty of bars, restaurants, and cafes. This rural hotel provided a clean, safe, and relaxing atmosphere. The owner, Carlos, was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were simple yet clean. I loved waking up to the sound of birds singing and even spotted monkeys if I was lucky. There was also a mini-market nearby, making it convenient for any necessary purchases. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and authentic experience.
No negatives from this place. 😊
